II – Categories, purposes, legal bases, and periods of use and storage of your personal data 1. Fulfillment of legal obligations:
– issuing, receiving, and storing sales and purchase invoices,
– issuing, receiving, and storing complaint forms,
– issuing, receiving, and storing accounting documentation,
– receiving, sharing, and storing product certificates,
– receiving and storing VAT declarations. 
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Period: for the time required by law. 
2. Conclusion and performance of contracts, commissions, and orders
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Period: for the duration of the contract or order, and subsequently for the period after which claims become time-barred, or, if claims are pursued by us or against us, for the duration of the relevant proceedings. 
3. Our legitimate interest:
– establishing, protecting, and pursuing our claims or claims against us,
– verification of payment credibility,
– obtaining data from public registers (CEIDG, KRS, GUS, Tax Office, VIES, etc.),
– preparing statistics, analyses, and internal reports for the company’s own purposes. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

III – Categories of recipients to whom we transfer your personal data
Entities cooperating with us in providing: accounting, tax, bookkeeping, HR, legal, advisory, consulting, and similar services.
Authorized employees of our company.
Postal and courier service providers – where necessary for sending letters or goods.
Payment service providers (banks, payment institutions) – where necessary for payments, refunds, or claims.
Debt purchasers – in the event of non-payment of amounts owed to us.
Public institutions: courts, police, public prosecutor’s office, bailiffs, tax offices, Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), National Labour Inspectorate (PIP), Trade Inspection (PIH), etc. – where they request data from us or where we pursue our receivables and claims.
  
IV – Your rights You have the right to submit a request to us – always in writing with confirmation of receipt (in person, by post, or by e-mail) – regarding your personal data for: – access to your data,
– rectification and correction of data,
– restriction of data processing,
– deletion of data processed without legal basis,
– data portability,
– withdrawal of consent for the processing and storage of data,
– objection to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates legal provisions.
